Perhaps we should first clarify who is behind promptmeplease!

We see ourselves as pioneers of a new kind of media production, hybrid model agency and representative office for AI Artists, specialising in combining the advantages of modern AI technology with classic booking, including rights of use management.

With our extensive expertise, we know how to responsibly implement AI productions as a full service provider, making full use of creativity, flexibility and efficiency while taking into account current laws regarding copyright, personal rights and data protection, without losing authenticity and credibility.

At the end of every production, we give your message a face!

However we still haven't answered the question of why data from real people should be used for an AI production 🤔 Let's try...

Authenticity and credibility

A supernaturally beautiful and artificially created testimonial to advertise a high-quality product is neither authentic nor credible and contradicts the current trend towards diversity and approachability. This problem will be exacerbated by the labelling requirements for material created with the help of AI. We succeed in combining the advantages of both worlds and maintaining consumer confidence in the advertising message.

Ethics

It is probably one of the biggest questions that arises when using this new technology: Do we really want to let artificial intelligence do all the work? What about the many creative professionals who will inevitably be affected? Will this technology lead to a total flood of material and consumer oversaturation? So where does the use of technology make sense and where should we make compromises?

Our position: Let's use the new technology responsibly. An unconditional saving of budgets? Mass instead of quality? That is not our goal. We want to create high-quality prompts with convincing and real faces by outstanding prompters who stand out from the crowd.

Not convinced? Let's take a look at the reasons why most AI productions – with or without faces – are not feasible.

Rights of use

From today's legal perspective, there is no copyright or personal rights to material generated by AI. This means that it is not protected and can be copied or modified by third parties at will. At the same time, most providers of public AI obtain the right to use your prompts by using the service. This means that they can be used as they wish or for the AI's learning purposes.

With our help, your data is protected from the public and acquire a right of personality and, in many cases, a copyright. These rights are transferred to the rights holder, ensuring that the material is legally protected and cannot be challenged.

Data protection

A public AI is probably every data protection officer's nightmare. Imagine, for example, that you want to promote your latest product and your internal data is leaked by a negligent prompt six months before market launch into a public AI that could train on it or generate new prompts.

We ensure GDPR-compliant implementation of our and your sensitive data on dedicated servers.

Risk of infringements of usage rights by the AI

In the case of prompts by a public AI in which models are generated without our assistance, there is a risk of infringing copyrights and personal rights, as the source material may have been legally protected.

We eliminate this uncertainty, as we hold the copyrights to all the material used by our AI to generate the facial data. We also ensure clean and complete documentation of the data used in the prompt creation process.

And last but not least, there are a few very mundane reasons that should not be ignored...

Well-established workflow

Need to find a face to represent a company or give a product a message? Without our help, you are dependent on the AI realising your wishes or those of your customer in the best possible way. In many cases, this will not work satisfactorily. With our help, the usual process of an advertising production can be maintained with regard to the casting. You retain full decision-making power and do not end up with a random product.

Decades of experience

We have been providing models for advertising productions for almost two decades and have cast countless campaigns. This means we no longer have to ask a machine whether a face ‘works’ in advertising. We can draw on extensive and well-founded expertise and give you the best possible advice.

Furthermore, we almost exclusively provide models who have already proven themselves in practice and have worked on many high-quality productions. They have a high recognition value, authentic beauty and irresistible charisma. So even without artificial intelligence, you can be sure that your casting with us is the perfect choice.

High flexibility

Your advertising strategy is changing and the AI-based testimonial you have introduced is to appear at a press conference or a real production? Thanks to us, you have the opportunity to realise a prompt and a real production with the same face and thus combine both worlds perfectly.

And now?
