Consultation
There is still a great deal of reluctance due to uncertainty regarding the legal situation. With our whitepaper, a personal consultation with us or – if you want to be on the safe side – comprehensive legal advice from our law firm Vossius & Partner, we can shed light on the dark so that you can tackle your AI production.
Classic internal casting or comprehensive research
Regardless of whether a classic internal casting or - for example, for larger productions - cross-agency research is required, we will find the right model. A special feature of the model portfolios at promptmeplease.ai: We provide information on all photos as to whether they were created with the help of AI or come from a real shoot and whether they were optimized using an image editing program.
To complement our service, we also provide suitable AI Artists who specialise in creating prompts with real models.
Creating digital twins or styles
We specialise in the creation of high-quality digital twins of people and products based on optimally prepared datasets with FLUX.1 [dev] from Black Forest Labs. We also train our own styles to give the visual creations their own character.
All models that we represent via promptmeplease.ai have already had at least one prompt successfully realised. They have an optimised dataset and a trained LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) or Fine-Tuning to be able to create further prompts directly. For models who are requested via the parent agency brüderchen & schwesterchen or for research via a partner agency, we can also create a high-quality and suitable dataset and train a LoRA model or do Fine-Tuning in the event of a booking.
This is of course also possible for people (for example celebrities) who do not have the time or opportunity to take part in a real shoot.
Calculation and rights management
Thanks to our almost two decades of experience, we calculate fair prices for the required usage rights of the models and work fees of the AI Artists. The transfer of rights is contractually fixed and documented by us.
Creation of prompts with an AI Artist
Once the right face has been found and a suitable LoRA of the model is available, the prompt can be started.
We recommend that you have the prompting carried out by one of our AI Artists. We only provide prompters who understand their craft and are proficient in prompting with real-life models on protected and isolated AI systems and who claim to create a creative work in order to be able to establish a copyright and thus protect your photos.

Setting up an AI ecosystem
Would you like to operate your own AI server optimised for visual products, to be accessed by a marketing department, the creative team or one of our AI artists? We provide support in setting up powerful systems - securely and flexibly.
Would you prefer a trustworthy cloud that is also GDPR-compliant and meets the highest security standards? The advantage: flexible workplace licences for Invoke AI including FLUX.1 [dev] (licensed for commercial use) in an enterprise solution. You benefit from our expertise, customised workflows and affordable prices compared to an own AI ecosystem. The added bonus with us: we have entered into a partnership with Invoke that enables us to provide digital twins in your account in compliance with the licence terms.
Collaboration via our UI
Hybrid photo shootings with real models and further processing or scaling of the material by the AI
Shooting + AI = Maximum output! Sometimes a real shoot provides the ideal basis for subsequently processing and scaling the material with AI or creating a dataset for your own digital twin.
Most of our AI artists are photographers and can also take this approach.
Documentation of the data used
Monitoring rights of use
If both the model and the AI Artist are booked through us, we can guarantee complete documentation of the data used. This provides the necessary security to be able to prove that no third-party or protected material was used in the event of a dispute.
Do you employ your own prompter who dares to prompt with real faces or are you a photographer who wants to realise your own prompts? But you lack the AI that can create your prompts in a protected environment?
We can provide access to our UI where your prompter or you can get to work yourself.
Is it particularly important to you that the material is not used illegally by third parties? The law firm Vossius & Partner can work with us to monitor the rights of use.
